To sell on Ultraw, vendors must operate a legitimate business in Belize, provide accurate business and contact information, and hold any licences required for the products they offer, including for liquor and wine.
Vendors must list genuine, lawful products with accurate descriptions, images, and categories. Prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe items are not permitted on the Platform.
Vendors set their own prices in Belize Dollars (BZD) and are responsible for keeping them accurate and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices should be consistent with what is charged to the general public.
Vendors must keep stock levels and availability up to date to avoid cancellations. Items that are out of stock should be marked unavailable promptly.
Vendors are responsible for preparing orders accurately and on time so that Ultraw delivery partners can complete delivery within the expected window.
Ultraw charges a commission and/or service fees on sales as set out in your vendor onboarding. Payouts are made on a regular schedule to the bank account on file, less applicable fees.
We may suspend or restrict vendor accounts that repeatedly cancel orders, receive serious customer complaints, or breach this Agreement or our Terms of Use.
Vendors retain ownership of their brand and product content but grant Ultraw a licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of marketing and selling their products.
Either party may end this Agreement with reasonable notice. Outstanding orders must be fulfilled and any amounts owed settled following termination.
