Ultraw acts as a marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors across Belize. Vendors are responsible for the products they list, and refund outcomes may vary by vendor and product type as described below.
For groceries, if an item arrives spoiled, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement of that item. Perishable goods may require a photo to process your request.
Prepared food from restaurant partners cannot be returned for change of mind. If your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives in unacceptable condition, report it within 1 hour of delivery and we will make it right.
Electronics may be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories where possible.
Delivery fees are refunded when an issue is caused by Ultraw or the vendor, such as a failed or significantly late delivery. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations once a courier has been dispatched.
