Ultraw membership is an optional paid plan that may offer benefits such as reduced delivery fees and member pricing. Membership may include future premium features and delivery benefits as the service grows.
Benefits are described at the time you join and may be added, changed, or removed over time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes to membership benefits.
Membership fees are charged in Belize Dollars (BZD) to your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorise Ultraw to charge the applicable recurring fee.
Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. The renewal price is the rate in effect at the time of renewal.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ultraw.bz and we will review your case.
Membership benefits are for personal use by the account holder. We may suspend or cancel memberships that are misused, shared improperly, or used to violate our Terms of Use.
We may update these Subscription Terms or membership pricing from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, communicated before they take effect.
